Nokia and HTC are fighting each other in the courts in the UK and Germany since 2012. Finns criticize Taiwanese manufacturer violation, including nearly 50 patents in its smartphones and want to ban the sale of these devices, if lawsuits need not be removed from them.
just fell another decision favorable to the producer Lumii, because the German court found HTC guilty of patent infringement EP1579613, which belongs to the Finnish manufacturer and relates to the version control system for smartphones.
This is the fourth victory of Nokia in Germany alone. Not so long ago the Finns blocked through a court sale of the smartphone HTC One mini in the UK, due to the violation of one of the patents.
HTC have already announced an appeal.
