Hello
some product manager who needs to shut down the active applications, this is what sucks shown with facebook off (not shown that it is switched on, and suddenly the sound of someone wrote to me). That which disables active applications running in the background. I have android 4.1.1, as here off and no longer works behind

You do not need a manager, only instructions on how to configure applications

FB Set yourself properly and you will not be getting these notifications.
In addition, this service runs in the background and not the FB program, so no manager can not help you. And since Android 4.0 (or 4.1) something like “task killer” is basically pointless.
